The woods change with the seasons.
So should your trail.
Keep your trail alive, evolving, and magical all year long.
A fairy trail isn't a one-time installation — it's a living part of your backyard. Left on its own, mulch settles, elements fade, and the magic quietly dims. Our Seasonal Care plan keeps it the way it looked the day we finished it — and then some. Four visits a year, each one tuned to what the season calls for.
HOW IT WORKS
One visit per season. Billed quarterly. Available to Owl & Rain installation customers.
Each visit is scoped to your original installation — a Nestling refresh is lighter than an Enchanted refresh, and priced accordingly. We schedule visits in batches by neighborhood, so you'll hear from us when your season is coming up. No chasing, no reminders. It just happens.
Cost: Starting at $125 per visit
🌿 Spring Awakening
March–April
Winter is hard on a trail. Spring Awakening is about bringing it back — clearing debris, repairing what the cold undid, topping up the mulch, and resetting elements that shifted over the winter. When we’re on the visit, we’ll often spot the fairies doing their spring cleaning.
What we do:
Clear winter debris + leaf blowout
Fresh mulch top-up
Winter damage repair
Element cleaning + repositioning
☀️ Summer Solstice
June–July
Summer brings growth — which is mostly wonderful, but can also overgrow even the best of fairy trails. The Solstice visit keeps the path clear, trims back anything that's encroaching, and swaps out any elements that have faded in the sun. This is often the lightest visit of the year.
What we do:
Path tidy + weed clear
Overgrowth trim
Sun-faded element swap
Light summer touches added
🍂 Fall Enchantment
September–October
Fall is when fairy trails earn their name. The Enchantment visit leans into the season — mushrooms, harvest accents, autumn-colored elements that make the trail feel like it was made for October. One of our favorite visits to do.
What we do:
Path tidy + weed clear
Autumn leaf + mushroom elements
Harvest + gourd accents
Seasonal color planting tips
✨ Holiday Magic
November–December
The Holiday visit is about warmth and wonder. Pinecones, birch, twigs. Fairy lights checked and refreshed. Tiny wrapped gifts tucked along the path. A trail that looked magical in October becomes something else entirely in December.
What we do:
Path tidy + leaf clear
Cozy winter accents (pinecones, birch, twigs)
Fairy lights check
Tiny wrapped gifts + snow accents
